At Southlands Barn, we offer an elite bar service with a fully stocked bar with 7 beers/ciders on tap and a Martini tap!
We have a large variety of liqueurs and we are happy to stock any specific requests behind the bar for your wedding day.
Gold Package
• From £15 per Adult Guest

Diamond Package
• From £17 per Adult Guest
• On Arrival – 1.5 Glasses of either Pimm’s, pink or white Prosecco, Bottle Beer or soft drinks
• With Dinner – Unlimited Table Wine
• To Toast – 1 Glass of Prosecco
• Still and Sparkling Water is Provided for Each Table
Platinum Package
• From £19 per Adult Guest
• On Arrival – 2 Glasses of either Pimm’s, pink or white Prosecco, Bottle Beer or soft drinks
• With Dinner – Unlimited Table Wine
• To Toast – 1 Glass of Prosecco
• Still and Sparkling Water is Provided for Each Table
We have been partnering with local wineries to offer upgrade on our packages.
Southland’s Valley Wines are located directly opposite the Barn and make award-winning English Sparkling Wine.
We also have a Sussex Wine Package that is included with our Estate Package. Couples booking our Essentials or Signature Package, please speak to us if you are interested in this option as an upgrade!
All our packages come with unlimited table wine which includes bottles of white, red and rose for every table.
Wine Tasting Evenings
In the year you will be getting married, (couples who have booked our Signature or Estate Package) are invited back to the barn in for our infamous wine tasting nights!
Couples can bring up to 4 friends with them to pick their table wine by blind tasting. We provide live music and this event is always a highlight of our couple’s wedding journey with us!
